Our holiday home is in Saint-Igny-de-Vers (69790), right in the heart of the Upper Beaujolais. You're surrounded by vineyards and rolling green hills, around 20 minutes from Lac des Sapins and close to the Wine Route. The village has a bakery, a grocer's and a restaurant.
The house comfortably sleeps 10 to 18 guests across 6 bedrooms and 18 beds. Bed configurations are flexible: doubles, singles and the option of extra beds. Ideal for large families, groups of friends or corporate retreats.
Yes! An outdoor 7-seat jacuzzi sits in the garden. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the region. The jacuzzi is available as an add-on (€170 per stay).
You're at the heart of the Beaujolais appellation. The closest crus include Brouilly, Morgon, Fleurie and Moulin-à-Vent, all under 30 minutes away. The Beaujolais Wine Route runs through the region and many estates offer tastings.
Absolutely! Lac des Sapins offers natural swimming, pedalos and a treetop adventure course. The house itself has a 1,000 m² garden with a swing, pétanque and badminton. Several wildlife parks and nature trails are a short drive away.

Bed linen and towels are available as optional add-ons: the linen package is €150 and the towels €75 for the whole house. You're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for groups of up to 18 guests. You'll find a 60 cm family oven, a 5-burner 80 cm ceramic hob and a microwave.
The cookware set includes around 10 saucepans with 4 large stainless-steel stockpots, 8 frying pans, knives, ladles, whisks, spatulas, skimmers, sieves, conical strainers, rolling pins, BBQ tongs and 6 chopping boards.
Small appliances include a hand blender, a multi-function food processor, 2 electric whisks, a jug blender, an electric carving knife, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto pod machine.
For group meals: around 35 cutlery sets, 60 dinner plates, 25 side plates, 20 soup bowls, 30 water glasses, 25 wine glasses, 25 mugs, 20 coffee cups, 20 stainless-steel serving dishes and 15 salad bowls.
Yes, pets are welcome for an extra €50 per stay. The fully enclosed 1,000 m² garden is perfect for them to stretch their legs safely.
