The 6 spacious bedrooms guarantee everyone's privacy, even on the most sociable of stays. Some couples may prefer the garden-view bedroom while the children take over the family bedroom with its bunk beds. In the evenings, everyone gathers around the large dining-room table, in front of the fireplace, or in the private 7-seat jacuzzi set in the 1,000 m² garden.
Located in Saint-Igny-de-Vers, deep in the Upper Beaujolais and just 1 hr 15 mins from Lyon, the house is the perfect base for exploring the Wine Route and its prestigious crus. If your group grows, the house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and stretches to 15 guests at extended capacity. With 6 bedrooms and 330 m² of living space, each person has around 33 m² to themselves — a rare luxury in group accommodation. The bedrooms offer varied configurations: doubles for couples, singles or bunk beds for children and teenagers. You'll only need to use 5 of the 6 bedrooms, leaving you the option of an extra space or an entirely empty bedroom.
The house is rented out exclusively from €1,000 a weekend (3 days / 2 nights) and €2,000 a week (7 days / 6 nights), regardless of group size up to 18. For a group of 10, that works out at just €100 per person for the weekend or around €200 per person for the week — the price of a single hotel night for a complete stay in an exceptional house.
