  • Draw up the seasonal rental contract
  • Contact you if necessary before, during or after your stay
  • Issue and send the invoice
  • Collect and remit the tourist tax (legal obligation)
  • Improve the site and the user experience through anonymised statistics

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Recipients of the data

Your data may be passed on to the following recipients, strictly limited to what is necessary:

  • Booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com): if you booked via these platforms, they have their own privacy policies
  • Smoobu (booking management system): synchronisation of the calendar and booking data
  • Local authority: transmission of the information required to calculate the tourist tax
  • Site host (o2switch): technical storage of the site data

5. Retention period

  • Booking data: 3 years after the end of the stay (accounting and tax obligations)
  • Invoicing data: 10 years (legal accounting obligation)
  • Contact data (enquiry without booking): 1 year after the last exchange
  • Browsing data: 13 months maximum

6. Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: to obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and to receive a copy
  • Right to rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure: to request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Right to restriction: to temporarily suspend the processing of your data
  • Right to portability: to receive your data in a structured and machine-readable format
  • Right to object: to object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds

  • Hosting in France with a certified provider (o2switch)
  • Protection against email address harvesting through obfuscation
  • Restricted access to booking data

9. Data transfers outside the EU

Some third-party services (Google Fonts, Google Maps) may transfer data to the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
