Thizy-les-Bourgs preserves a remarkable industrial heritage linked to its past of weaving and velvet-making. The Trambouze river, which runs through the town, once powered the textile mills whose remains can still be admired today. Staying at our house puts you in the perfect position to discover this singular history while making the most of the preserved nature of the Green Beaujolais. The Lac des Sapins at Cublize is 15 minutes away for swimming and water sports, while Amplepuis and its sewing machine museum are 10 minutes away.
Our 2024-refurbished 330 m² characterful house offers 6 spacious bedrooms with 18 beds, a 60 m² living room with fireplace, a kitchen fully equipped for 18 guests and an enclosed 1,000 m² garden with an outdoor 7-seat jacuzzi. The 49 m² multi-purpose room with projector lets you host corporate retreats, cinema nights or workshops. The Green Beaujolais offers a dense network of hiking trails accessible straight from the house, between fir forests and rolling meadows.
