The scenic drive through the vineyards is already an invitation to switch off.
Fully refurbished in 2024, our 330 m² large holiday home offers 6 bedrooms and 18 beds in an authentic setting that blends local stone with modern comfort. The vast 60 m² living area, the kitchen fully equipped for 18 guests and the multi-purpose room with projector make it just as suited to family reunions as to group stays in the Beaujolais.
Enjoy the outdoor 7-seat jacuzzi overlooking the hills, the enclosed 1,000 m² garden with pétanque pitch and swing, and an unspoilt natural setting. From Villefranche-sur-Saône, you'll travel through Beaujeu — the historic capital of the Beaujolais — and can stop off at wineries along the way. Lac des Sapins is just 20 minutes from the house, perfect for days of swimming and nature.

The house is around 45 minutes by car from Villefranche-sur-Saône, via the D504 then the D385 through the Beaujolais hills. The drive is about 50 km and crosses beautiful vineyard landscapes. You'll pass through Beaujeu, the historic capital of the Beaujolais.
From Villefranche-sur-Saône, head towards Beaujeu on the D504. Continue north towards Saint-Igny-de-Vers on the D385. The house is at 85 rue des Sornins in Saint-Igny-de-Vers (69790). On-site private parking is available. The drive is pleasant and dotted with picturesque villages.
The drive from Villefranche crosses the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards. You can stop off in Beaujeu, historic capital of the Beaujolais, and visit its museum; tour the wineries along the Wine Route; explore golden-stone villages such as Oingt or Theizé; and enjoy the panoramic views over the hills.
