With 330 m² of living space, 6 bedrooms and a vast 60 m² living room, the house is sized to welcome 10 to 18 guests in optimum comfort. Roanne, a town of world-renowned gastronomy thanks to the Maison Troisgros, is an ideal starting point to reach our house: the route via Thizy-les-Bourgs crosses the rolling landscapes of the Upper Beaujolais, between vineyards and fir forests.
The 1,000 m² enclosed garden with 7-seat jacuzzi, the kitchen fully equipped for 18 guests and the 49 m² multi-purpose room make it the perfect spot for weekends with friends, family reunions or corporate retreats. Also accessible from Chauffailles, the house sits at the crossroads between Roanne's gastronomy and the Beaujolais vineyards.
