At the heart of this mosaic of landscapes, our large group holiday home welcomes you at Saint-Igny-de-Vers, in the Rhône département, on the border between the Beaujolais, the Loire and southern Burgundy.
Strategically positioned 1 hr 15 from Lyon, 50 minutes from Mâcon and about 1 hr from Roanne, the house is the ideal base camp to explore the full diversity of Rhône-Alps. Wine lovers will appreciate the immediate proximity of the Beaujolais Wine Route and its 10 crus. Nature enthusiasts will find their bliss on the hiking trails of the Upper Beaujolais, at Lac des Sapins or in the neighbouring Loire mountains.
With its 330 m² of living space, 6 bedrooms and 18 beds, this large Rhône-Alps holiday home is built for group stays: extended families, groups of friends, corporate retreats or wellness breaks. Fully renovated in 2024, it blends the character of local stone with modern comfort. The outdoor 7-seat jacuzzi, the 1,000 m² enclosed garden and the 49 m² multi-purpose room with projector round off a venue designed for large gatherings. Absolutely. The 49 m² multi-purpose room with projector and the 1,000 m² private garden are well suited to birthdays, corporate retreats, breaks and family celebrations across the Rhône-Alps region.
The kitchen is fully equipped for groups of up to 18 guests. You'll find a 60 cm family oven, a 5-burner 80 cm ceramic hob and a microwave.
The cookware set includes around 10 saucepans (4 large stainless-steel stockpots), 8 frying pans, knives, ladles, whisks, spatulas, skimmers, sieves, conical strainers, rolling pins, BBQ tongs and 6 chopping boards.
Small appliances: hand blender, multi-function food processor, 2 electric whisks, jug blender, electric carving knife, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto pod machine.
