Stay at the gateway to the Land of the Golden Stones

The Land of the Pierres Dorées (Golden Stones) is one of the best-kept jewels of the Beaujolais. This southern part of the appellation stands out for its villages built of golden ochre limestone — a local stone that catches the sunlight and bathes façades in warm golden reflections. From our large Beaujolais holiday home, set off to discover this classified architectural heritage, a true open-air museum between rolling vineyards and breathtaking views.

The emblematic villages of the Pierres Dorées route unfold along your walks: Oingt, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France with its medieval lanes; Bagnols with its imposing Renaissance château; Theizé and the Château de Rochebonne overlooking the vines; Ternand ringed by thousand-year-old ramparts. Every stop invites you to stroll, taste local wines at vintners' cellars and discover Beaujolais craftsmanship.

Between cultural getaways, enjoy the region's gastronomic specialities in village inns, or be tempted by the producer markets that punctuate the season. Back at the house, the outdoor jacuzzi awaits to close the day gently, facing the verdant hills of the Upper Beaujolais. With its 330 m², 6 bedrooms and capacity for 18 guests, our group accommodation is the perfect base for exploring the Pierres Dorées with family or friends.
