The House with the Yellow Shutters

Large Holiday Home in the Beaujolais — 10 to 18 guests

Heart of the vineyards • 330 m² • 6 bedrooms • Jacuzzi • 1,000 m² garden

Your large holiday home in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards

The Beaujolais is far more than a wine appellation: it's a living, generous and deeply endearing region. Nestled in the Upper Beaujolais, at Saint-Igny-de-Vers, our large group holiday home immerses you in this rolling country, where vineyards meet fir forests and verdant meadows. Hills follow one another to the horizon, dotted with stone hamlets and centuries-old wine estates.

With its 10 prestigious crus — Brouilly, Morgon, Fleurie, Moulin-à-Vent, Saint-Amour, Chénas, Chiroubles, Juliénas, Régnié and Côte de Brouilly — the Beaujolais is a paradise for wine lovers. From the house, the Wine Route winds through the vineyards from one cellar to the next. The golden-stone villages, nicknamed the "little French Tuscany", offer remarkable architectural heritage just a few minutes away.

Our 330 m² large holiday home, fully renovated in 2024, has 6 spacious bedrooms and 18 beds to welcome family reunions, weekends with friends or wine-tasting breaks in an exceptional setting. The wild Upper Beaujolais around us invites hiking, MTB and contemplation. After a day of exploration, the outdoor 7-seat jacuzzi and the 1,000 m² garden guarantee moments of absolute relaxation. Just 1 hr 15 from Lyon, you feel far from everything and yet close to the city.
